There is no social progress where favoritism and exclusion to the benefit of a minority is the rule. World population is divided almost equally between men & women. One half is below 30, one third below 70 and one fifth is over 70. 10% have special needs ranging from visual deficit to being crippled to neuro atypic. Inclusivity, Diversity and Tolerance is the only option to provide each one with autonomy, dignity and a future. Enterprises are the largest employers. Hence we invite Founders to become mosaïst to capture the fantastic creativity that comes out of diverse people, cultures and souls.

Enterprises are essential to social fabrics. They account for the largest portion of paid work. They also consume most of the natural resources. It is essential to us that every Founders factors into its strategy the preservation of the natural ecosystem by setting up efficient industrial processes. By efficient we mean reaching optimality between used resources and production output. Also, we strongly encourage Founders to take part into the global climate change initiatives to help achieve a more sustainable economy.

We believe great success is achieved by great teams. We also believe success is a joint effort. We know that human resources is a key company asset. We support and will incentivize every action resulting in skill & knowledge improvements on an individual and collective level. Last but not least, we believe teammates should be both nurtured and challenged. We favor collaboration based on renewed interest, true dedication and shared ambition.

Enterprises are becoming decentralized and hybrid, combining employees with free-lancers and consultants on site and remotely. Additionally, work/life balance must be preserved so everyone can thrive professionally and personally.

Hence, tools such as Teams, Slack, Mattermost are the new HQ. On the other hand, they pose a threat to off time. For everyone to work with equal efficacy it requires comparable equipment, connectivity and workspace . For everyone to have a private life it requires same rules for disconnection.

A special attention shall apply to time zones, languages and cultures as little care can create exclusion resulting in loneliness.

We care a lot about Fair Work so every team member can belong and relate to the company and contribute to its success. We encourage Founders to constantly innovate in the field and make sure that there are no cultural barriers nor physical isolation.

Being sustainable means the capacity to create value with limited resources. And to keep doing it over the long time. In some sense, we look at Founders as farmers. We are willing to back creative, resilient and hard workers able to produce, within decent time, enough food to sustain their family, their community and their neighbors with limited seeds, fertilizer, water and workforce. Fortunately, sunlight can be used without restriction.

Capitalism & free markets have brought an undisputed proposal to Founders : Take risk and get reward. For long personal enrichment via equity value and dividends has been the main form of reward. We believe it is of utmost importance to add Purpose to the Profit quest. Competition is tough by definition. Winning pays big. But also create a gap and a divide which causes impairment and unbalance in the global society. Having Companies and Founders allocating a portion of their profit & reward to support causes for the benefit of the entire community will be key to restore equilibrium. Call it solidarity, philanthropy, patronage or pure generosity, it's all fine as long a Purpose is pursued and achieved.

There are hundreds of millions of enterprises in more than 190 countries employing billions of people. Business is the main vector for Dialogues among the many people on earth. Trading, investing, collaborating and dealing are key to making the world a global village where everyone can live in peace and with dignity. Too many conflicts arise from economical predation, ownership dispute, faith or nationalism causes. We advocate for a shared prosperity and a peacefuler world. Hence we invite Founders to be ambassadors of good will and good fortune.

Founders tend to speak at present of future events. It can be called enthusiasm or anticipation. In some cases it’s sadly pure manipulation. Likewise, it is easier to share good news than to relay a bad one. Hence some prefer changing reality to spare anxiety. Lastly, some are keen to emphasize product benefits. Sometimes too much, turning customer experience into a disappointment. This is why we stress the importance of honest news. This is not about losing enthusiasm or preventing momentum. It’s about discernment and sound insight. It’s OK to be a smart Founder dreamer. It's not OK to be a charlatan.

Founders are often pushing the limits. “Think out of the box” means don’t be constrained by boundaries. It is what we look for because it is where success and value can be achieved. We will always back Founders taking risks to move the cursor. That being said, there are frontiers that must not be crossed without a visa. These are common laws, regulations and tax. Because they guarantee fair competition and allow market functioning. It is OK to advocate and push for new regulation. It is not OK to seek success by deliberately breaking the law. Also by paying tax, companies finance the public budget for the needs of the greaters.

The world is a global village. An open mind welcoming cultural diversity is key to strive in the competitive landscape. Founders have to adapt to an ever changing world with few trade barriers. Trust, loyalty, tolerance, openness are much needed to be successful. Kindness, benevolence and respect ensure long term fruitful relationships. A good reputation is a very precious asset and must be always looked for and preserved.
